Room rates are per day per room (double occupancy) and include breakfast in the square of Sirolo at Oasi Bar, a parking space in the municipal parking lot near the property with a special voucher provided by us, and bed linen. Triple room surcharge: 30 € per day.

Request Studio RateA booking, once confirmed, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the booking and for all other guests mentioned in it, including minors.
It is possible to send an availability request from our website or by e-mail and wait for our reply. Following your request, a non-binding offer will be sent to you.
Guests are required to pay a deposit (confirming deposit) equal to 30% of the total amount due at the time of booking.
The booking becomes binding for Amare Sirolo B&B and Casa Palanca only upon receipt of a copy of the deposit payment receipt or the credit card details provided as a guarantee. If the deposit is not paid within the required timeframe, the booking is considered null.
Booking confirmation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the confirmation details and notify us of any anomalies as soon as possible (no later than 4 days from receipt).
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present a valid identification document for each guest. To make changes to your booking, please contact the property; we will make every effort to satisfy your request, although we cannot guarantee it.
The deposit must be paid no later than 5 days from the booking confirmation date. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking will be canceled.

The final balance of the stay will be requested at check-in upon key collection, payable in cash or by credit card / debit card (bancomat). Any extras must be settled the day before departure.
If you are unable to use your booking, the cancellation conditions are as follows:
The group leader is responsible for the total billing of all rooms confirmed by them and for sending the final rooming list (at least 7 days before arrival). For group bookings, deposit and cancellation conditions are agreed upon ad-hoc in writing. In case of a no-show or early departure of group members, a penalty equal to 100% of the booked services will be charged.
Management declines all responsibility for service disruptions due to supply failures, accidental equipment breakdowns, or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damage caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, illness, and theft.
